Dealing with hallux rigidus myself, and now supporting my partner through their battle with gout in the big toe, inspired me to seek solutions for easier living. Through research, I discovered the remarkable benefits of carbon fiber insoles. Combining these insights, I found a single solution to alleviate both health concerns, while also enhancing performance in activities like running and various sports.
